粵港澳大灣區高等教育協同發展研究

Research on the Coordinated Development of Higher Education in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

Abstract

高等教育協同發展是粵港澳大灣區教育發展規劃的重要組成部分，不僅能夠促進區域可持續發展，還能滿足大灣 區人才需求和促進三地文化交流。本文將選取灣區的高校為例，探討推動高等教育協同發展中的實踐模式，通過分析和比較 三藩市灣區高等教育協同發展建設案例，分析粤港澳大灣區高等教育協同發展面臨問题，如：受限於政策制定尚不完善、三 地產業結構發展不平衡、三地教育背景差異大等，尚未形成發展合力，最後提出促進粤港澳三地合作交流的建議，從而實現 粵港澳大灣區高等教育協同發展。

The coordinated development of higher education is an important part of the education development plan of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, which can realize the sustainable development of the regional economy, meet the demand for talents in the Greater Bay Area and promote cultural exchanges between the three places. Taking several colleges and universities in the Greater Bay Area as examples, this paper discusses the practical model in promoting the coordinated development of higher education, and analyzes the difficulties in the process, such as: limited by imperfect policy formulation, unbalanced development of the industrial structure in the three regions, and educational background in the three regions Differences and other factors have not yet formed a joint development force. Finally, suggestions for promoting cooperation and exchanges between Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao are put forward, such as: guiding the implementation of policies, realizing industrial education matching, promoting educational exchanges, and overcoming background differences.
